  10. My setup is:
  11. A500+ with 2Mb Chip/ A530 68030 with 4Mb/ Power computing High density
  12. Floppy (as DF1)/ Amax Hardware and low denisty mac floppy/
  13. Most recent shapeshifter
  14.  
  15. And a 512k Rom copy. I've followed the setup, stuck in Prepare Emul
  16. as the fisrt thing in the Start Up, but I only get a grey screen,
  17. no Mac face (smiling or frowning). I have System 7.0.1 on
  18. High Density floppies, which I would like to load up via the
  19. XL drive. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong (I do load my 3.1 Kickstart
  20. rom into the 32-bit memory btw). Is it neccessary to have a
  21. pseudo disk for the Shapeshifter program set up on my hard drive.
  22. Am I just out of luck? has anybody got this setiup working?
  23. All help is very appreciated. Meanwhile I'll keep working away
  24. at it.

  28. P.S. If anybody knows how to get my XL drive working with Amax 2.5,
  29. that would help too. Or what the 0/1/A switch is for on the back of
  30. the drive. Sorry about all the questions :) First time I'v really
  31. used my Amiga for ages :)
